erblue started inside a working environmental consulting firm. Today it is led by people with decades of experience in EHS and in software for regulated industries.
Founder and Chairman of the Board
Justin founded erblue in 2009. Since 1998 he has led Lead Consultants of America, an environmental consulting firm serving commercial, industrial, public and housing clients with hazardous materials, lead, mold and indoor air quality services.
erblue grew out of running those programs on paper, email and spreadsheets. Justin built it to connect field data, lab results and final reports in one traceable workflow. LCA was the first firm to run on it.
He holds a degree from the University at Albany.
Chief Executive Officer
Reda leads erblue's strategy, product and go-to-market. He has spent more than 25 years building and scaling software for regulated industries.
Before erblue, he was President and CEO of Xavo, a life sciences R&D platform, where he repositioned the company for commercial growth. At Camstar Systems he led corporate and industry strategy through the company's acquisition by Siemens. He also led Omneo, Camstar's cloud analytics business unit, which Gartner named a Cool Vendor. After the acquisition, he led global strategy for Siemens' Manufacturing Operations Management portfolio.
Reda holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida and completed Harvard Business School Executive Education. He is fluent in French and English.
